Cake Decorating & Assmbly Workshop
Join Casey’s Cakes at Bedell Cellars in Cutchogue on Sunday, February 16th for a Cake Assembly Workshop!

Learn the basics of cake decorating! During this workshop, you’ll learn how to fill, crumb-coat, frost a 4-inch cake, and piping skills. You’ll learn different border and piping techniques to make a one-of-a-kind cake! Want to tap into your creative side? Join us for a fun and informative workshop Sunday, February 16th.
Included in this workshop:
4-inch vanilla cake
Strawberry Jam Filling (or vanilla buttercream)
Vanilla buttercream to frost and practice piping
Sprinkles to finish your edible work of art!
Glass of Bedell Cellars wine
Aprons, towels, cake turntables, piping bags, piping tips, and an offset spatula will be provided for the workshop.
This workshop is 2 hours. Bedell Cellars is open until 6 pm and you are more than welcome to head into the Tasting Room after the workshop to enjoy more wine or snacks!
*Tickets are required.
*Must be 21 years or older
Refunds are accepted with at least a week's notice. No refunds with less than a week's notice, but the ticket can be transferred to another workshop date.
